Cyanoacrylate glue will "frost" acrylic often leading to undesired results. If you want crystal clear acrylic we recommend using an acrylic cement or PVA (white) glue. We've had great luck with TAP brand products.
If you do use CA glue and have frosted your acrylic you can try acetone to remove the frost. It won't always work but some users have reported luck with this method.
